A beautifully designed home build situated in Walker Bay, Hermanus designed by COA Architects of Cape Town and constructed by KAD Construction. The project at Benguela Cove was commissioned by a German couple, who approached us with the project directly and entrusted us having seen the quality of our past works and the management of our current builds, in lieu of issuing a tender for quotation. We were pleased our past builds speak for themselves.
The job required the implementations of several, separate imported systems from the couple’s homeland, for example a German drainage system and ventilation system amongst others, which we were happy to research and accommodate in the build order to achieve the best level of customer satisfaction for the client.
